If you received a defect product or incorrect product, please do not remove any tag or packaging bag.
We would recommend you to send us an email (support@zucylucy.com) with your order number or Whatsapp us at (+6 018-6657300). We will advise accordingly.
You can return your order within 15 days of receiving it.
General Return Conditions
Your return order can be easily accepted if it meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.
- Products must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
Returned products will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
Please Note:
- Shipping Charges are non-returnable.
- If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
- Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
We are unable to exchange the products you ordered online and had delivered to your delivery address. However, you can return unwanted products for a refund, and then place a new order.

The Shipping / Delivery cost spent on returning products will be covered by ZUCYLUCY. Kindly send us the shipping receipt along with the tracking number.
