Whether it’s a party, or a class reunion, you’ll be motivated to work out to lose weight and keep the weight off for your big day.
5. Surround Yourself with Active Friends
If your friends are motivated to work out and keep active, you will be too!
6. Go To Weekly Fitness Class
Pick one you’re interested in and try it out! If you like it, go once a week! Doing a workout you like with other people who are working out is one of the best motivations.
7. Make a Workout Playlist
Put songs on it that motivate you, that pump you up, that get you angry, that get you MOVING. Having the right soundtrack to your workout is one of the most important things to get you motivated and moving.
8. Create A Challenge With Friends
If there’s a competition brewing between you and a friend, you’ll be more motivated to work out to beat them.
9. Reward Yourself
You can set goals and reward yourself if you achieved your goal. New exercise clothes (zucylucy), one day off from work, or a trip to your favourite place are great rewards. What’s important to remember is that goals must be attainable, and giving yourself rewards is a great way to remind yourself that you’re one step closer.
